Not sure if this is a possible bug or a if it could be a feature but here goes!

When contributing a photo for a car, sometimes I’d get the notification that the image was accepted but sometimes I wouldn’t (even though photo styles are the same). I would then resubmit the photo for the car that didn’t go through but they still wouldn’t be accepted even though other new submissions would. So I’m not sure if it’s a bug with contributing photos or if they’re just getting missed somehow. It would also be handy to have some sort of notification/ log system of things you’ve contributed/ submitted and which ones have been accepted and which ones are still pending approval.
